Moonwalk is the latest project from PJ Lam in which she collaborated with Hong Kong artist, Carla Chan.
ABOUT CARLA CHAN:
Carla Chan works with a variety of media including video, installation, photography and interactive media. Much like the never-ending development of new technology Chan considers media art as a medium with infinite possibilities for artistic expressions.
Minimal in style and form Chan’s works often toys with the blurred boundaries between reality and illusion, figure and abstraction. Her recent work focuses on the ambiguity in nature. Bridging natural transformation and unpredictable computer algorithms, her work is consolidated with a cohesive dynamic between form, means and content.

THE LANDING
Watching models come down the catwalk might be the closest thing to encountering something extraterrestrial. Fashionally released their latest fashion editorial shot by Fast Management photographer PJ Lam, entitled ‘Landing’, reflecting the concept of alien creatures in masks and headdresses landing on earth for the first time – naturally picking Hong Kong as their first destination to show off their fashion sensibilities.
Set on a rocky shores of Hong Kong’s island beaches, the editorial features 11 up-and-coming design talents, a majority of whom participated in HKTDC’s Young Fashion Designers’ Contest (YDC).
